A patchwork cot coverlet composed of ivory cotton hexagon patches, embroidered in coloured silks with rose buds and sprigs, with a needlelace border, backed with powder pink cotton sateen--44 x 48in. (110 x 120cm.), circa 1880; and a crewelwork panel, the borders worked with fruit in coloured wools against a cream ground--33in. (82cm.) square, early 20th century
