The brick-red field with angular flowering vine issuing various polychrome serrated palmettes, flowerheads and leaves, occasional cloud-bands, enclosing a ivory and light sea-green serrated medallion with palmette pendants, containing flowering vine and serrated palmettes, enclosing similar smaller brick-red medallion with radiating palmette centrepiece, spandrels similar, in an indigo border of polychrome open palmettes, floral sprays and meandering floral vine, between sea-green angular floral spray and ivory palmette vine stripes, slight wear, small old repairs
