The case with cherubic and columnar relief mounts to the waisted neck, with swan neck handles terminating in palmettes to the sides, wreath mount to the front above spreading socle, on stepped square base with wreath and butterfly mount, on bun feet, the white enamel Roman dial within a berried leaf bezel and with steel moon hands, signed Courbec Rue St Honoré No 92 à Paris, the twin train movement with silk suspension and countwheel strike on bell, stamped on the backplate 235 C
