A solid brass wheel with six spokes and handles. The center line is marked on one handle with five engraved bands. The pedestal is of typical form with a flared base and a bowl shaped top. The maker's mark and serial number 77354 is stamped on the top of the pedestal. The wheel position indicator is working and the pedestal is marked at the top with left and right, 42in.
