A JOHN HAND 4IN. P.E.X. COMPASS; A DARRA JR. COMPASS CORRECTOR AND AN AZIMUTH
A Milk-Glass Bottom P.E.X. compass with brass rim, compass card marked in points and degrees, gimbled and mounted on shock absorbing spring. The compass is mounted in a grey magnifying glare dome, circa 1946. Along with a Darra Jr. Compass corrector on a gimbled stand, and azimuth bearing instrument complete with sight vane and degree markings all in brass. The compass measures 8 x 7in. (20.2 x 19.5cm.)
