Vase shaped on spreading circular foot with acanthus band, the lower body chased with vertical radiating acanthus, the remainder pierced with lozenges divided by circles and pale bands, with swing handle, beaded rims, with blue glass liner--5in. (12.7cm.) high, the cylindrical mustard pot engraved with griffin foliate scrolls and rocaille, the hinged cover engraved with crest centered by scrolls and trelliswork, with shell form thumbpiece to the angular handle, with blue glass liner--the silver, 8.5oz.
