The caddy lid with a brass ring handle above a rectangular case with an arched glazed door and side panels, on a molded base with bracket feet, the circular silvered dial with mock pendulum aperture below a maker's plaque signed John/Dalrymple/DUBLIN within foliate-scrolled spandrels, the double fusee movement with knife edge escapement striking on two bells, with a bell pull repeat
