A HUANGHUALI DISPLAY CABINET, LIANGGEGUI
17th Century
Of upright rectangular form, the plain square corner stiles supporting a stage-like shelf with plain curvilinear inner frames on three sides, the recessed paneled doors with plain metal lockplates, pulls and hinges, the interior fitted with a shelf with a pair of drawers, the drawer pulls with chrysanthemum-shaped metal mounting plates, the rear and side panels, as well as the drawer guides all easily demountable, all above plain angular aprons
