A CHINESE BOWL WITH EUROPEAN DECORATION
Circa 1750, decorated in the Metzsch workshop and attributed to J.C. Jucht
Finely painted with figures walking and hunting in landscapes strewn with buildings in three gilt and brown line shaped panels issuing stylized Oriental flowers, the interior painted with a bouquet below diaper, flowerhead and petal panels bordered by purple and iron-red scrolls
7.5/8in. (19.4cm.) diam.
