Comprising a beaker painted in an Oriental palette with the Tischenmuster pattern, the interior rim with iron-red and purple meandering flowers; an outside-decorated teacup and saucer brightly painted with flowering bamboo and prunus issuing from rockwork and a bird in flight beneath a band of iron-red ovolo and flowerheads; an arched rectangular tea-caddy and cover painted front and back with landscape vignettes of a sheep, the sides and shoulder with deutsche Blumen sprigs, the cover with a flower finial, 5in. (12.7cm.) high; a Purpurmalerei teabowl painted with a lily, a cornflower and two insects, the interior with three small blossoms; and a Purpurmalerei leaf-moulded sweetmeat dish painted with flowering plants issuing from rockery, 5in.
