The waisted case surmounted by a pediment with seated putto finial, with leaf cast gilt-bronze mounts and floral bouquet relief cresting to the top of the door, on outswept feet, glazed side panels, the front door with relief mount of a reclining woman, dial cast with foliate designs and applied with individual white enamel Roman cartouche chapters, with engraved outside minutes, the twin barrel movement with later anchor escapement and silk suspension, outside countwheel to the backplate signed Vallois Paris; and the wall bracket en suite with female mask mounts to the front angles; restorations to case
