the first, 18ct. gold, 1881, white enamel dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds, three quarter plate frosted gilt movement with bimetallic compensation balance, gold cuvette, the case with engraved monogram, London marks for 1881, diameter 50mm; the second 14ct. gold, 1938, two-tone gilt dial with arabic quarters, subsidiary seconds, blued steel hands, nickel plated movement jewelled to the third and with compensation balance, plain case with snap on back, diameter 45mm.
