Persian manuscript on paper, 8ll. of black nasta'liq in plain clouds on gold and polychrome illuminated ground divided by illuminated bands, the illuminated seal and signature of Muzaffer al-Din Shah(?) at upper Might, Persia, dated Rabi' I AH 1299/1881-2 AD, backed on card, (creasing, rubbing, small damages, possible trimmed at end) - 42 x 30cm.; another, 11ll. of black shikasteh, words and phrases in red, panels of repeated gold flowers above and to right on which are the seal impressions and signatures of witnesses, 4ll. of naskh at start, Persia, dated AH 1189/1775-6 AD, backed on paper, (light wear and small damages to edges) - 64 x 37.5cm.; and a lady, in Safavid style, holding a wine bottle and cup, 20th century - 39.5 x 26cm.
