Prakrit manuscript on paper, recto with a central panel of 7ll. of large devanagrai below two smaller lines, flanked by illustrations of deities, one looking down on a mountain with animals, the other seated with a child on its lap, verso with a single illustration of a building or mythical structure flanked by lines of text, mounted, (light spotting and wear to edges), Jain West India, 16th century - 11.4 x 29cm.; and a representation of a walled building(?), red, yellow, green amd black gouache on cloth, on stretcher, divided into sections showing figures in arches, divided by arcades, similar arcade above, arched panels with trees and figures to either side, courtyard with dark-skinned figures and an elephant below, Jain, circa 19th century - 104 x 67.5cm.
