decorated with a band of kufic to the rim -- 11.5/8in. (29.5cms) diam; a cream and brown Nishapur pottery bowl decorated with a band of calligraphy to the interior -- 8in. (20.2cms) diam; and a further Nishapur pottery bowl decorated with stylised calligraphy, foliate and dot motifs -- 10in. (25.5cms) diam, 10th/12th century, (old wear and restoration).
