179 stereocards including two tissue-backed, one with hand-tinting, the other with pinprick detail, the remainder mounted on yellow, blue, grey or buff card, several titled in ink/pencil and a few with printed titles and/or numbers and publishers' credits on paper label or on verso; with three optical diagram cards, in wooden box with sliding lid (lacking key). Subjects include six views around Jersey harbour, eight of the Great Eastern including a portrait of I.K. Brunel on board, fifteen studies of sculpture and porcelain; three of the International Exhibition of 1862, nos. 28, 48 and 145 and one of the 'Handel Commemoration Festival, Crystal Palace, 1859' published by Negretti & Zambra; portraits of chess-players, two of 'Cora, the Mexican "Pizarro"', a boy and girl blowing bubbles, an outdoor group portrait, 'The Model Husband', 'The Money Lender' and 'The Ghost in the Stereoscope'; and several views and architectural studies, mostly around Great Britain.
