Album containing forty-four cartes-de-visite, fourteen hand-tinted, the majority with photographer's printed credit on verso, loosely inserted in pre-cut arched-top window mounts with decorative gilt borders, pages numbered and printed index (blank) in gilt, red morocco spine titled Album in gilt, black lacquer boards, the front cover with floral design in mother-of-pearl, each cover with gilt border, gilt clasp, g.e., 8vo.; with two cartes-de-visite art reproductions loosely inserted.
