cast from a model by Charles Korschann, of flattened ovoid baluster form, the front pierced with loop rim, cast in low relief with a scantily clad maiden emerging from reserve with thistles and wild flowers, the reverse similarily decorated with flowers and whiplash foliage, signed in the bronze 'Ch.Korschann, Paris' -- 46cm. high
