A fully rigged display model of the Americas Cup Yacht Endeavour of 1934,
with mast, boom, standing and running rigging and full suit of stitched linen sails, cleats, hand holds, companionways, deck rings, deck lights, helm and other details. The hull, finished in 'copper', blue and varnish with white boot top, is mounted on two turned brass columns on a mahogany display base with legend -- 34 x 23in. (86.5 x 58.5cm.). Inlaid mahogany glazed case and table. Measurements overall -- 70 x 34in. (178 x 86.5cm.)
