A builder's half block model of the S.S.Bantam & Borneo, built by A. & J. Inglis, Engineers and Shipbuilders, Glasgow,
with cutaway masts and funnel, fairleads, bollards, ventilators, deck rails, companionways, hatches, superstructure with inked doors, windows and panels, wheelhouse, with open bridge over, engine room lights, deck lights, three 'canvas' covered lifeboats in davits and other details. The hull, finished in cream and black with white decks and painted fittings, has portholes and rudder (loose) and is mounted on a mahogany backboard in original glazed mahogany case -- 34¾ x 88in. (60.3 x 223.5cm.)
