COMPARATIVE LITERATURE
A larger white marble bust of Isis by Joseph Gott is illustrated in Nicholas Penny European Sculpture in the Ashmolean Museum, 1540 to the Present Day Clarendon Press 1992, volume III, p.95 where it is stated that it is a copy of one in the Sala dei Busti of the Museo Pio-Clementino in the Vatican.
