Regretting that he is unable to meet for a talk during his visit to Westminster College for a ceremony and adding: "I appreciate your kindness in wishing to consult me about the disposal of the special editions of "The Legion Book," but, as I have no strong feelings about this, I am quite agreeable to your acting in accordance with all the expert knowledge you and your colleagues have at your disposal in the matter."
