2° (424 x 306mm). Engraved title by Hieronymus Frezza after I. P. Pannini, 2 large folding plates of the funeral by Balthasar Gabbuggiani and Roccus Pozzi, engraved initials and headpieces. (Second plate lightly browned and with a closed tear, light marginal thumb-soiling and spotting.) Contemporary wrappers (head and tail of spine chipped, closed tear to front cover).

The architect and designer of this magnificient tomb was Ferdinando Fuga and the drawings were executed by Pannini. Cicognara (1502) remarks that although there are only two plates and a title with a portrait, "l'edizione è fatta con splendore, e sonovi molte vignette".
