II with stain to verso obscuring 3 words, 5H2 repaired at lower margin, 5I1 and 5Q1 soiled at lower margin, 5I5 and 5N5 more heaily soiled, small burn hole in 5Q2.) Old mottled calf (with new spine and new edges to covers, old lettering-piece preserved), untrimmed. Provenance: Shelf marks dated 1630 and 1632 to title and end leaf.
