Painted with four roundels: one depicting a female Immortal floating amidst clouds with six magpies; another with a male Immortal riding a water buffalo amidst clouds with seven magpies; and two landscape roundel with figures, all reserved on a sgraffiato blue-ground enamelled with multi-coloured clouds, the interior painted in underglaze-blue with the same male and female Immortal with magpies and clouds
