The molded broken swan's-neck pediment terminating in carved roundels centering a brass urn finial above a hood fitted with an arched glazed door opening to a white-painted dial with Roman and Arabic chapter rings and a lunar dial, with flower-painted spandrels signed "Benjamin Cleveland/NEW-ARK," all flanked by brass-mounted colonettes above a waisted case fitted with an arched rectangular molded door with chamfered sides over a square panelled base, on molded feet, the feet replaced
