The above cap was presented to the referee of the match between Wales and Scotland, Isaac Baker, played at the Racecourse, Wrexham on 3rd March 1913, the match ending in a 0-0 draw. Baker officiated in five International matches, numerous Irish Cup and county matches as well as the 1925-6 F.A.Cup final between Bolton Wanderers and Manchester City.
