A 5¼-inch (13.5cm.) long, ovoid wooden case in two halves, covered with two sets of ten colour printed terrestrial globe gores, the prime meridian marked Longitude du Meridien de Paris, ungraduated, the equatorial graduated in degrees, the ecliptic shown, ungraduated, the Antarctic showing Shetland du Sud, Tasmania labelled Terre de Diemen, railways shown (some neat restoration, slight loss of image, cracks to the wooden case)
