A 12-inch (33cm.) diameter terrestrial school globe, showing numerous ocean currents, principle distances between ports in days' travelling time, (gores lightly rubbed), with brass meridian circle, mounted on an ebonised wooden four-legged stand, with papered horizon, supported by four tapered legs, cross stretchers, with small inset compass, central support for globe -- 21½in. (54.6cm.) high
