Decorated with crossbanding, the sloping fall enclosing a fitted interior of short drawers, pigeon holes, a covered well and a leather-lined writing surface, the frieze fitted with two drawers above a shaped apron, on cabriole legs terminating in gilt sabots, indistinctly stamped twice, probably A Criaerd, restorations
