Applied with gilt-metal mounts, each with a quarter-veneered crossbanded top above two drawers inlaid sans traverse with a central marquetry panel depicting ruins, inlaid premier and contrapartite, flanked by trellis marquetry panels, with a shaped apron between canted angles, on cabriole legs terminating in gilt sabots, some differences in inlay and mounts
