The first pair in the Eastern European style, baluster stem on domed base on four supports, the stem with canopy knop, the baluster socket with detachable gallery nozzle, chased at intervals with flowering foliage and rocaille on matted ground--16in. (40.6cm.) high, 35oz.; the second pair weighted, Corinthian column form on stepped base, with detachable nozzle, the base side engraved with Hebrew inscription Blessing relating to the lighting of the Sabbath candles--12in. (30.4cm.) high; together with a pair of brass candlesticks and a brass hanging lamp (7)
