With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, the black dial with luminous arabic and baton numerals, eccentric subsidiary dial at the 9 o'clock, the cushion-shaped case with large extended lugs, covered crown with security lever, screw back, together with a stainless steel Panerai buckle, accompanied with a Panerai presentation box and papers, case, dial and movement signed.

Lot Essay

This wristwatch is No. 45 of a limited edition production of 100 watches, even though the back is signed 45/200. This water-resistant watch is a reissue of the Panerai designed timepiece for the Italian Navy in the 1940's. The watch was featured in the Hollywood production Daylight starring Sylvester Stallone. It was reintroduced into the market in 1996 under a special agreement with Mr. Stallone. The back case is signed by Sylvester Stallone.
