Of baluster form, with slender neck and lipped rim supported by a circular foot, on a square base, the s-shaped handles moulded in the form of entwining serpents, with moulded grotesque masks under each, painted in a typical Renaissance manner throughout, with the main body decorated with an Istorato painting depicting Bacchus riding a golden chariot, with vine leaves in his hair and holding a bunch of grapes in one hand, damages to the base and chipped aproximately 2½in. to rim
