Maker's mark of JA, assay master AP (unknown), Moscow, 1887, also stamped MADE FOR TIFFANY & Co.
The rising circular base with applied enameled ring and scroll handle, and supporting short baluster stem, with cylindrical socket with detachable nozzle, engraved with initials on nozzle and under base, with floral, foliate scroll, and geometric designs in multi-colored cloisonne enamel at intervals--5in. (12.7cm.) high, gross weight 8.5oz.
