The circular enamelled dial with both Arabic and Roman enamel chapters, signed Amant /A Paris, the shaped glazed door with foliate scrolling mounts and within a shaped case with pierced foliate and rockwork angles, surmounted by a tapering bracket with C-scrolls and foliage and with a pierced rockwork finial with a perched bird, and on scrolling feet, the tapering bracket with C-scroll and foliate angles and terminating in a conforming boss, stamped beneath the bracket F.
