A SET OF THREE ARMORIAL SAUCERS AND BOWL
QIANLONG
The saucers painted in the centre with a coat-of-arms surmounted by a closed helmet, within extensive feathery mantling and foliage, inscribed below 'Sini Labore Nihil', the border with baroque-style strapwork in pink and gilt and a mirrored monogram, (one with star crack); and an armorial bowl, the exterior enamelled on one side with a coat-of-arms surmounted by a helmet, the other side with a European reclining figure, between Louis XV style strapwork bands (rim crack), 14cm. diam.
