Circular black bonbonnière, the cover and base inset with copper-mounted circular glazed miniatures finely painted in monochrome with scènes galantes in the taste of Greuze: on the cover, a furious couple armed with a club and accompanied by a ferocious dog discovering a shameful young man hidden in a locker, a girl in tears standing aside; on the base an interior scene of a young man creeping into the bedroom of a carelessly clad girl --80 mm diam.
