Oval box with bombé sides, the slightly raised lid inset with a Swiss oval enamel plaque mounted à-jour, depicting a bouquet of flowers with a sculpted stone fountain and a pavillion in the background, the cover framed with a stamped acanthus border, the sides cast with mythological scenes, the base similarly bordered and centred by a brown agate plaque mounted à jour, with slightly raised plain gold thumbpiece
