Circular green composition box, the independent cover centred by a circular miniature representing a white and brown King Charles spaniel reclining on a pink cushion, within a ribbon-twist gold border, on a swirling sunburst gold piqué posé striped ground, the base similarly decorated and centred by an engraved two-colour gold rosette, the sides decorated with matching vertical stripes, the gold mounts engraved with a ribbon-twist motif
