Rectangular box with cut corners, the cover centred by an oval medallion enamelled in translucent dark blue on a vertically striped guilloché ground applied with initial "L" in silver-mounted Old mine-cut diamonds, framed by a opaque light blue band, the cover and sides enamelled in translucent dark blue on a vertical zig-zag guilloché ground bordered by a band of gold husk paillons, the borders of cover and base enamelled in opaque white enamel engraved en taille d'épargne with gold foliage and clover, the corners with light blue enamelled hemicycles engraved with sunburst motifs, the cut corners chased with gold and opaque white enamelled urns in taille d'épargne on a light blue enamel ground
