A TALL CAMEO GLASS VASE
by Gallé, circa 1900
of oval form with everted rim, gently ribbed tapering to spreading circular base, the clear glass internally mottled with pale yellow and overlaid in greyish blue, acid-etched and carved with a butterfly in flight within morning glory blossoms and tendrilled vines, the whole fire-polished, cameo mark Gallé -- 60cm. high
