of tapering cylindrical form with bulbous base, the pale green glass overlaid in orange, etched and carved with chrysanthemum blooms, buds and foliage, applied with an amber and a green cabochan, further enhanced with silver gilt inclusions, the whole fire-polished, underside with etched mark Gallé depose (slight polishing to toprim) -- 43.2cm. high
