etching, from the set of seven, the rare first state (of two)before the reduction of the plate, a very fine impression, watermark indistinct, trimmed on or just inside the platemark, the upper right corner made up, a repaired tear at the lower left corner, one or two very small repairs in the sky, otherwise generally in good condition, P. 149 x 203mm., S. 129 x 184mm.; and an impression of the second (final) state, after the reduction of the plate and addition of the banderole in the sky, one or two old creases, remains of old glue at the reverse sheet edges, otherwise generally in good condition, P. 126 x 181mm., S. 129 x 184mm.
