woodcut, circa 1504, from the set of twenty, a very good, clear impression from the 1511 edition, watermark Crowned Tower (M. 259), trimmed to the borderline, a small made-up area (?) at the top edge affecting the round roof-top ornament, a tiny skilfully repaired tear in the Virgin's garment lower left, a tiny nick at the right sheet edge, a few thin patches along the lower sheet edge skilfully Japan backed, otherwise generally in very good condition
