With two-stage barrel inlaid with silver foliage, engraved tang, lightly engraved lock with stepped border, figured walnut full stock (butt broken) incised with scrollwork and inlaid with two small mother-of-pearl plaques behind the barrel tang, iron mounts chiselled with scrollwork in low relief, and later wooden ramrod
