With sighted barrel signed 'LONDON' towards the breech and rifled with three grooves, the rear-sight calibrated to 900 yards, flat lock signed 'WESTLEY RICHARDS', regulation type walnut three-quarter stock with chequered grip and fore-end, the right side of the butt with applied silver presentation plaque inscribed '5TH HANTS RIFLE VOLUNTEER CORPS PRIZE. PRESENTED BY LIEUT.
