MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
The rounded sides rise from the channeled foot to a narrow border of archaistic scroll at the rim interrupted on one side by the flat, taotie-carved top of the wide, loop handle. The semi-translucent stone of yellowish-beige color has some areas of russet color and opaque mottling.
