A Belgian sugar vase with twelve coffee spoons
Maker's mark possibly that of Carolus Hubertus Becker, Brussels, 1762, the spoons mark of Karel-Hubertus Becker, Louvain, 1770, also struck with later Belgian duty-marks
On three high openworked double scroll feet, the swirling stand with moulded upper rim and applied shell ornaments, the openworked foliate scroll stem and body holding twelve plain coffee spoons, later plain silver liner, marked on base and handles
