CIRCA 1860, IMPRESSED SCEPTRE AND K.P.M. MARK, INCISED 9.6, BLUE SHIELD MARK
Painted by Wagner, after Teschendorff with Trübe Tage, depicting a mother wearing brown headscarf and cloak, modelled standing holding a guitar, her left arm around the child who stands to her side, signed to the front and titled in iron-red to the reverse, in gilt-wood frame (small surface scratch)
The plaque 9¼ in. (23.5 cm.) x 6 3/8 in. (16.2 cm.)
